This app is a place to put things down. The point is to think about them less, not to track you. We have enough of our own anxieties — we don't read yours.
When you type an anxiety into the box and save it, the text is stored on your phone — in the app's local storage. It doesn't leave your device to live anywhere else.
When you save an anxiety or work through one, the text of that anxiety and any replies you type are sent to Anthropic — the company that makes Claude, the AI used to generate the replies. The text travels through a small relay server we run, which forwards it to Anthropic without logging or storing the content. We collect no other information.
No analytics. No tracking. No ads. No account, no email, no name.
Anthropic processes the text to generate the reply, then returns it. Per their API policy, they don't train on customer API data. They retain inputs for up to 30 days for abuse and safety review, then delete them.
Anthropic is the only third party your text reaches. They've agreed to API terms that hold to the same standard described here: no training on your data, automatic deletion within 30 days, and no use of the content beyond generating a reply for you. We don't share your text with anyone else — no analytics services, no ad networks, no backups, no nothing.
Let go of any anxiety from your list at any time. Delete the app to wipe everything stored on your phone. We can't delete things from Anthropic on your behalf — that's their 30-day window.
If this changes, we'll update the date below.
